Directions... Makes 4-8 cups of tea. To make boil hard herbs in 4-8 cups of water. Remove from heat. Add loose herbs and allow them to steep for 7-10 minutes. Strain. Sweeten and serve hot or cold. 

Use for relief when menstruating, during new moons, spring, new year's, when manifesting or simply meditating. 

Can also be used as a bath tea or aa a floor and wall wash.
