SLEEP & WORK ACCORDING TO YOUR BIORHYTHM!

SLEEP & WORK ACCORDING TO YOUR BIORHYTHM!

Use your time wisely…

My sleep schedule changes constantly. I have two cycles. My rest cycle. My creation cycle.

My rest cycle… I sleep anywhere from 12a-1a to 5a-7a

My creation cycle…. I sleep in increments…. from 9p - 12:30a, back to sleep @5a awake between 7a - 9a.

You get more done when you work like this. If you are eating healthy, and taking care of yourself physically and emotionally this should not be a problem for you. You will still get enough rest.

I for the most part practice what is called the Uberman Sleep Cycle. It actually winds up adding years to your life. I stumbled across this as I was sleeping only 2-3 hours at a time. Spirit told me that I learned to increase my time here on earth. It also keeps you younger. I then researched this for confirmation, and found out lots of ‘great thinkers’ lived very similar. You can read a little about it here. https://www.discovery.com/science/Uberman-SleepCycle

Stop complaining of the lack of sleep, and listen to Spirit. Tap in, it’s to empower you. When Spirit wakes you, trust there is reason. Use the time wisely. Spirit did not wake you to get on social media. 😝

It’s time to meditate and create. Or if you have things you need accomplish, it’s also time to do them now. If you need to clean your home or body, get up and do that. Maybe you’re supposed to study, now is a good time! Write your book. Plan for your business. Work through your shadow. You can actually hear yourself think 🤔 The hours between 12a - 4am are hours of inspiration.

Your Spirit team works when it’s silence, they take care as much as they can in your rest periods (sleeping time). When they start waking you, it’s time to do your part. Know they are there with you heavily, guiding you at this time. They like to reach you when there are no distractions, so don’t you go distracting yourself either. Get in flow and use your time as it’s given to you.

Surrender to these times… just flow with it.

(Edit: definitely follow what times that are natural and best for you! Your schedule may be different, but you don’t have to sleep and work the way we were taught.)
